Meningismus stiff neck
This refers to a very stiff neck. An examiner often has difficulty flexing the neck fully because of either severe pain or stiffness. This symptom can be a sign of any disease that inflames the layers covering the brain and spinal cord called meninges, such as meningitis or subarachnoid hemorrhage.

Modified Ober's Test
The Ober's test is a physical exam manuever used to evaluate for iliotibial band tightness. If the elevated leg cannot lay evenly with the supporting surface it may imply a tight iliotibial band.
This refers to swelling somewhere in the mouth like the gums, palate, tongue or mouth floor.
