Nasal injury
This means having some form of trauma or injury to the nose.
Nausea
Feeling of sickness with an inclination to vomit

Neck Ache
Aching pain of the neck similar to the pain on gets from the flu, sleeping the wrong way or muscle soreness.
Neck Bruise (traumatic)
This is bruising or bulging in your neck that occurs after an injury.
Neck Swelling
This is bulging or swelling that distorts the surface of the neck.
Neck stiffness
The inability to move the neck completely in all directions.
Night sweats
Night sweats are episodes of nighttime sweating that soak your nightclothes or bedding and are related to some underlying cause.
Nose palpation
This refers to self-examination of the nose. Palpation means feeling with the fingers.
Numbness, lower extremity
A decrease in the amount of sensation that you can feel in your leg or foot
Numbness, upper extremity
A decrease in the amount of sensation that you can feel in your arm or hand
