Scabies Burrow or Tunneling
This refers to the 'burrows' or tunnels that the scabies mite makes under the skin.

This means being around someone who had a cold or flu within the last 10 days.
Singed facial hair
Facial hair like eyebrows, facial hair or nasal hair that is burnt due to falsh fire.
Smile test (Cincinnati Stroke 1)
The "smile test" is s part of the Cincinnati Stroke Score used to screen for stroke. Ask the patient to "Show me your teeth." The "smile test" is used to check for one-sided facial weakness -- a classic sign of stroke.

Somnolence
Is a state of near-sleep, a strong desire for sleep, or sleeping for unusually long periods.
Speech Test (Cincinnati Stroke 3)
The "speech test" is part of the Cincinnati Stroke Score and is used to screen for stroke. Tell the patient to repeat the phrase, "You can't teach an old dog new tricks." Stroke patients will slur their words, be unable to find the words, or the speech will be garbled.
Speed's Test
A special maneuver or test to check for bicipital tendonitis.
